When you are running a business you never want to work with 1.

This is because operating a business is like trying to fly a plane with one engine and wing.

It’s already a dumpster fire so why would you only want one person with all the passwords or one main source of income?

You're just asking people to Fuck you over…

The best way to prevent this is by having at least one and a half ways of doing something,

For example, have 2 people looking at finances so if one of them leaves you won't have to be doing accounts payable instead of running your business.

Benefits of having more than one way.

The biggest benefit of having more than one way to operate your business is that you will be setting yourself up for the long run.

For example, if you have at least two people knowing all your business passwords then if one of them leaves you won't be running around the office like a headless chicken.

Another example would be if you have more than one person looking at the financials it will lower the chances of them stealing money from your account which means more money in your back pocket.
